Helping low and moderate income families realize the American dream of home ownership is the focus of the Foothills Community Development Corporation (FCDC).

 

FCDC is a not-for-profit agency providing affordable homes for qualified families residing in Blount, Monroe, Loudon and Sevier counties. Founded in 2002, the Maryville, Tennessee based agency has constructed dozens of new, low-cost homes throughout the county.
